• Ascend empowers entrepreneurial CPAs with innovative growth model. • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management. • Maintain compliance and data accuracy across HR systems. • Execute the Ascend Red Carpet Onboarding process. • Manage offboarding process and employee relations issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in onboarding, HRIS management, and compliance. • Experience managing Workday HRIS, including reporting and integrations. • Strong project management and data analysis skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve HR system concerns. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership. • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
