📋 Description

• Founded in 2020 by a team of leaders from Braintree, PayPal, and Lending Club, Highnote is an embedded finance company that sets the standard in modern card platform management. • Highnote is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our HR team. This is an opportunity to immediately dive into all aspects of HR and make a direct impact as we continue to scale our company. • Support the entire employee lifecycle including new hire onboarding, benefits orientation, offboarding checklists, and leave of absence administration. • Semi-monthly payroll entry for both US and Canada Payroll. • In-house guru for our current HRIS, Rippling. • Ownership of our internal “People Page” and Employee Handbook. • Creation and maintenance of various HR Data Reports and Policies. • Help monitor HR compliance across States where we have an employee presence. • Administration of annual trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources • Bachelor of Arts • Experience with Rippling
