Description

• Serve as Technical Project Manager ensuring clear communication and collaboration among teams • Drive Agile-based team processes for predictable quality delivery • Facilitate team productivity by removing impediments • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and other Technical Project Managers • Support the Data Org work-intake triage process • Set-up and maintain Programs, Epics, and Stories in Jira • Help set project delivery commitments • Coordinate dependencies between teams • Track and report team velocity • Resolve or escalate blocking impediments as necessary • Organize and facilitate meetings and sessions • Coordinate teams in troubleshooting production support issues • Work with Development managers to manage team capacity • Coach the development team and stakeholders on following Data Org processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical PM or Scrum Master role • Experience simultaneously running multiple scrum teams distributed globally • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience supporting technical agile data engineering and platform projects in a cloud-based environment • Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate and understand/communicate technical issues • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering – or equivalent work experience • Scrum Master/Agile certification • Nice to have: Experience with AWS, Databricks, Salesforce Data Cloud
