Description
• Design, develop, and maintain documentation for Ascend’s products and processes • Manage Ascend Academy (LMS) and Confluence spaces • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders • Monitor and respond to feedback for Help Center content • Conduct regular audits of documentation • Stay informed about trends in instructional design • Work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams • Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
• At least three years experience in content creation and publishing • Experience with Articulate/Rise 360 • Curiosity for emerging trends in instructional design • Strong teamwork and communication skills
