Description

• Vonage is looking for an AI Conversation Designer to develop digital text and voice-based applications for clients. • Responsible for designing the user experience of Virtual Agents and deploying end-to-end projects. • Create consumer-facing Intelligent Virtual Agents using the Vonage AI no-code Studio. • Solve customer challenges using Voice/Text UI that enables personalized and contextual information in real-time. • Work with various teams to ensure intelligent and intuitive conversations. • Spearhead copywriting and overall content library management. • Develop mockups, flows, and creative prototyping items. • Create conversation scripts representing the customer's brand identity. • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Native English speaker - If you speak additional languages let us know. This role will service international Vonage customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work fast and meet deadlines • Very high interpersonal skills • Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively • Ability to quickly analyze complex systems and solve problems • A true team player - willing to be part of a team of Conversation Designers who work remotely around the world • Knowledge in human-machine interactions - Advantage • Previously published at least one Virtual Agent - Big advantage • Experience in Conversation Design - Big advantage
