Description

• Responsible for improving company performance through effective learning solutions • Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies • Analyzing training needs and designing curriculum plans • Creating instructor-led materials and developing elearning content • Experience designing creative learning solutions and promoting a culture of learning • Partnering and building relationships with stakeholders • Researching content through interviews, focus groups, and external sources • Incorporating motivational elements and learning best practices into design • Employing rapid instructional design techniques • Managing and publishing content to an LMS and CMS • Using elearning authoring tools to develop content • Reviewing peer content and providing feedback • Administering surveys and assessments to measure training improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5 - 7 years of related experience • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Advanced knowledge of elearning authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate • Experience working with an LMS • Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning Theory, Instructional Design Methodologies and instructional techniques • Strong writing and editing skills • Proven track record of managing and delivering simultaneous projects
