• Identify and secure new clients. • Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers. • Understand their needs and effectively convey the value proposition of our software solutions. • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Negotiate commercial contract terms and pricing agreements with clients. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings. • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, preferably in banking, financial services or a highly regulated industry. • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) concepts and processes; this is a critical component to hit the ground running. • Prior engagements with Community Banking, Credit Unions or Regional Banks. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel as needed.
