Description

• Become a Subject Matter Expert on patient financing products and procedures in all supported TAG Brands. • Must be able to communicate effectively through phone, e-mail, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and the Department ticketing system. • Ownership of the Patient Financing Tickets and resolution • Provide a first level response within 1 hr. of initial inquiry. • Deliver full resolution in 1-5 business days depending on the issue. • Engage & escalate to the appropriate Teams for a timely resolution. • Effectively communicate all updates and open items to the Office and/or applicable Teams. • Complete the Lender Required Compliance requirements. • Guide offices for all collateral audits and maintain accurate office inventory. • Run New Office Opening Calls for Patient Financing specific Training. • Partner in updating and creating training resources. • Assist with product changes, rollouts, and general education communications. • Support and answer Field Operations’ questions pertaining to patient financing products, procedures, and policies. • Help drive company compliance through report management and field communications. • Position may require limited travel for training opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate degree, or related experience equivalent • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills. • Experience with creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports and data. • Working knowledge of healthcare and dental industry (preferred, but not required) • Experience with Excel macros (preferred, but not required) • Experience assisting in the training of multiple levels of experienced attendees preferred.
