• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in benefits operations or a related field, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, and experience with HRIS systems, especially Workday. • Strong understanding of benefits regulations, including ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA, as well as plan administration and vendor management. • Proven project management capabilities, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives. • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
