• Report to the Site Services Supervisor and work with Avantor’s Lab and Production Services team. • Perform customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols. • Coordinate and lead team efforts related to customer requirements. • Coach and motivate team members to meet or exceed goals. • Monitor and report on the progress of orders and department performance. • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Performance Indicators. • Facilitate training programs for team members. • Perform administrative duties such as input for performance management and scheduling vacations. • Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure customer needs are met. • Handle miscellaneous tasks to support the overall functioning of the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required. • An associate's degree or an undergraduate degree in a business or science-related field is preferred. • Experience in purchasing, account management, and customer service is required. • 2–3 years of supervisor or leadership experience is required. • Microsoft Teams experience preferred. • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation. • Proven time management, forecasting knowledge, and/or expediting experience. • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple competing tasks. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong presentation skills. • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
