📋 Description

•Vocantas is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in North America! •Our Partner Sales Division is seeking an experienced Account Executive to help us grow to the next level. •As the industry leader in communication tools, Vocantas offers smart automation to assist schedulers with shift filling while also providing them with the ability to quickly react to any vacant shift challenge. •Vocantas solutions connects organizations with their staff through a system that is fast, reliable, easy to use, and backed with outstanding customer support. •We help organizations: •Significantly increase their scheduling efficiencies •Reduce costs associated with manual, time consuming processes •Re-deploy under utilized staff to other priorities •Boost company morale and culture •React and resolve scheduling challenges in real-time •As an Account Executive, you will work closely with our Partnerships Manager to engage with prospects across a wide range of industries. •You will be responsible for driving growth within our partner channels and run the entire sales cycle from lead to close.

🎯 Requirements

•Experienced working in the SaaS industry carrying a quota for 3-5 years •Workforce Management or Healthcare sector experience is highly advantageous •Experience working in UKG/ADP/Ceridian-Dayforce/Infor partner channels highly advantageous •A proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals •Experience selling to multiple C-suite stakeholders •Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise companies •Experience in selling Workforce Management Solutions is an asset •Experience selling within partner channels is an asset •Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential •Legally authorized to work in Canada
