• Own and lead the professional services function, driving revenue growth through a well-defined strategy. • Lead the professional services team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue results. Achieve high-margin results at an efficient cost by optimising resource for efficient delivery. • Develop, implement, and execute a professional services strategy that aligns with company goals. • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure the professional services function supports the overall success of the business. • Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing professional services team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity. • Collaborate with other departments to align professional services with product offerings and customer needs. • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of the market. • Adopt a direct and hands-on approach for the delivery of revenue, bookings and pipeline generation. • Develop new initiatives, assessing new markets, and analysing net new business opportunities. • Monitor performance metrics and report on the impact of professional services on overall company success. • Play a key leadership role as part of the Senior Leadership team and build effective and collaborative relationships with key team members.
• Experience leading and developing a successful professional services team with a track record of engaging and growing diverse talent to greater success. • Be a Change Agent – the ability to successfully drive and embed change/transformation and diversity of thought. • Demonstrated success at collaborating, building consensus, and driving multiple projects to completion within cross-functional areas • Proven experience in a senior professional services role within a SaaS or technology environment. • A strong track record of developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability. • Excellent project management skills, able to meet and exceed deadlines themselves and through their team • Strategic thinking, with the ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels. • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus. • Expertise in management consulting or professional services offerings and go-to-market strategy.
