• We are Assembly, a leading global omnichannel media agency that merges data, talent, and technology to catalyze growth for the world's most esteemed brands. • The Group Director of Affiliate Marketing will lead the strategic vision and execution of our affiliate marketing initiatives, define best practices, build brand visibility and oversee the North America team. • This role will pinpoint key growth opportunities, including cross-selling and new business initiatives, to position the company as a leader in affiliate marketing and driving substantial revenue growth. • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of affiliate strategies, market trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 9+ years of in-house e-commerce, affiliate network or agency marketing experience • Strong understanding of one or more online marketing channels, such as, Affiliate, Partnership Marketing, Search, CRM, PR, Social Media, Referral, Influencer and Content marketing • Must have knowledge of affiliate networks (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, Partnerize, ect.) • Familiarity with HTML, a plus • Experience with analytics software such as Adobe or Google Analytics, a plus • Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting • Attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of work • Knows how to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners • Ability to travel when needed to conferences and client and/or team meetings • Exceptional planning and project management skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Quick learner, creative thinker • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
