• Why Assistantly: • At Assistantly, we connect talented professionals with opportunities tailored to their unique skills and aspirations. • Join our vibrant community, enjoy remote work flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive environment designed for personal and professional growth. • Unicorn Role Overview: • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the accounts receivable cycle for a portfolio of commercial properties. • This remote role is perfect for someone with commercial real estate experience, proficiency in Yardi Voyager, and excellent communication skills to maintain strong tenant relationships while ensuring timely collection of payments. • What You’ll Do: • Verify tenant balances and post monthly charges (rent, CAM, and other billables) in Yardi Voyager. • Generate and distribute tenant billing statements accurately and on time. • Process and record tenant payments via Yardi, portals, ACH transfers, and checks. • Conduct account reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly. • Monitor AR aging reports, follow up on overdue balances, and issue late notices by the 15th of the month. • Collaborate with property management to resolve escalated delinquencies. • Generate AR aging reports and provide insights on outstanding balances. • Serve as the primary contact for tenant billing inquiries and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience, with at least 2 years in US-based commercial real estate. • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and strong Excel skills. • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Highly organized with strong analytical skills for resolving financial discrepancies. • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
