• Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote) – Join Associated Veterinary Partners! • About Us • Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP) is a fast-growing network of veterinary clinics across the United States. • We partner with veterinarians, allowing them to retain ownership and clinical control while benefiting from our operational expertise and shared services. • We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team and support our mission of helping veterinary practices thrive! • What You’ll Do • Work closely with our Controller as a key member of the finance team. • Manage accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations and oversee Revenue Cycle Management. • Communicate with Practice Managers to ensure accurate recording of receivables. • Expedite month-end close processing and perform account analysis. • Utilize NetSuite for bookkeeping, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. • Ensure transactions are complete, accurate, and compliant with policies and procedures. • Collaborate with the team to support financial operations. • Conduct weekly Quality Control checks on all receivables. • Join us and be a part of a team that’s making a difference in the veterinary world! • Apply today!
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience with a focus on accounts receivable. • Expertise: Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger (GL) accounting. • Tech Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite (required), Excel, Office 365, and Google Workspace. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organization. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Industry Knowledge: Healthcare or veterinary experience is a plus!
