• Vividly is a venture-backed high-growth startup built by and for the consumer-packaged-goods industry. • The Vividly Professional Services Finance team is a newly defined pillar of Customer Experience. • Drive client value by providing financial support through distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing. • Seeking a hardworking, bright, and energetic professional to join the Customer Experience team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (Trade Deductions)!
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management • Works PST, MST, EST timezones • Deductions, collections, reconciliations and general trade finance experience is required • Experience with TPM software is an added bonus! • Technical prowess with SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change • Impeccable oral and written communication skills • Has held a job in PST, MST, EST timezones for 1-2 years • Proficiently writes, reads, speaks English • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change • CPG Industry experience is required • Deduction processing experience required • A background or education in Accounting • An speed test is completed demonstrating adequate internet service (www.speedtest.net/) • Located in a major metropolitan area
