Description

β€’ Provide high-quality technical support to diagnose and resolve incidents. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve issues across a wide array of devices. β€’ Provide excellent customer service and ownership of issues. β€’ Work in a high energy, dynamic, and collaborative environment. β€’ Act as the customer's advocate demonstrating expertise in support processes.

Requirements

β€’ 6 months experience with customer service, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving. β€’ Strong experience in PC Support, Mobile Support, and Smart Devices. β€’ High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education preferred). β€’ Must be able to type 30-40 WPM. β€’ Bilingual (Spanish and English) both written and verbal.
