Description

• Unit Managers at Assurant plan, organize, lead, control, and coordinate day-to-day activities. • Supervises team of associates working with escrow funds for Hazard functions. • Maintains extreme security controls around checks and check stock. • Participates in short/long term goals and plans for work group. • Communicates departmental performance and provides coaching and direction to associates. • Investigates and resolves complaints associated with performance. • Promotes team development to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience is required. • 2+ years of supervisory experience required. • Experience leading and building a team in a call center environment. • Experience in mortgage servicing, customer service, retail banking or hazard processing is desirable.
