•The HR Operations III role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global HR team in a highly dynamic environment. •Working closely with the global HR team, this role will manage the administrative component of Astreya Human Resources and other HR-related duties as assigned. •Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. •Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their speciality. •Works on problems of a diverse scope. •Receives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignments. •Handle global field employee onboarding, off-boarding and change procedures. •Maintain documents and files for HR compliance. •Engage in HRIS administration and client-specific provisioning. •Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and a service orientation. •Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction. •Maintain and contribute to a professional work environment at all times. •Other duties as required.
•Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. •Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. •General knowledge of employment laws, practices and government compliance regulations. •Effective oral and written communication skills with sensitivity to a diverse employee population. •Strong problem solving and analytical skills. •Resourceful with an ability to operate with limited information. •Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills. •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests from multiple sources. •Experience working with large, enterprise-level HRIS. •Understanding of APAC, EMEA and the US for backup is required.
