Description

• Identify specific business and automation opportunities. • Assist with project management for selected projects. • Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes. • Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents. • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance. • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and tom make improvements. • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders. • Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization. • Analyze the requirements while creating the very first version of the requirements document.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related technology field required. • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, quality analysis or a related HCM SaaS software experience. • Proven experience with HCM SaaS software applications. • Experience with context switching while still delivering on commitments. • The ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to determine solutions. • Highly effective communication skills between all functions across the business. • Passion for understanding and following HCM, specifically payroll tax and compliance industry trends, and how those trends can influence. • Up-to-date knowledge of the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry and payroll tax applications. • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Excellent documentation skills. • Advanced Excel skills. • A track record of following through on commitments. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. • Knowledge of Jira and AWS.
