📋 Description
• The Hardware Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Atari’s Hardware team by coordinating multiple projects, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. • This person will be responsible for advancing project plans, tracking progress, and assisting in project pivots as needed. • Ideal candidates will have a passion for gaming, experience with physical product delivery, and an understanding of the unique challenges involved in bringing physical products to market. • They should be comfortable with changing priorities, shifting project scopes, and managing the complexities that come with inventory, logistics, and regulatory requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a focus on physical product delivery. • Familiarity with the considerations required for delivering physical products, such as inventory management, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and effective project documentation and presentations. • Proficiency in Asana, Jira, or other project management tools; proficient in spreadsheets. • Ability to create polished decks for a variety of audiences. • Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information. • Strong interest in the gaming industry and enthusiasm for hardware projects.
