📋 Description

• Responsible for various accounting and financial tasks in a remote environment • Manage the general ledger and all financial transactions • Maintain accurate and complete financial records • Prepare financial statements and various financial reports • Analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiencies, cost reduction, and revenue growth • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes • Perform payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions • Support internal and external audits

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree in accounting or related field ( entry-level minimum two-year degree in pursuit of BA/BS ) • 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping/accounting in a public or multi-client firm ( entry-level minimum is 1+ year ) • Experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel • Literacy in various accounting software and ERP systems • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Confident ability to multi-task with accuracy • Responsive nature with keen attention to detail • Professional written and oral communication skills • Strong organization and time management techniques • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • A curious mind with an entrepreneurial spirit
