Description
•Support Sales and Customer Success teams by developing and processing contracts •Focus on operational improvements and creating processes to streamline Sales Operations workflow •Create proposals and contracts, process fully executed agreements •Review contracts for completeness and ensure compliance with SOX and SOC1 guidelines •Determine appropriate Bookings and Annual Revenue Implemented •Follow up to ensure contracts are received from the client •Triage requests and ensure approvals for pricing and operational exceptions •Monitor accuracy of data in the CRM •Generate proposals and contracts for billing initiatives •Manage offboarding process for assigned clients •Identify opportunities to improve productivity for Sales and Sales Ops
Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree •2-3 years’ experience in a contracting or Sales Operations role •Experience with Microsoft Office Suite •Experience with SalesForce preferred
