🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience: Have 3+ years of leadership experience with a track record of excellence leading high-performing, pipeline generation in a fast-growing high-technology company (preferred) • Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and act on key performance metrics. • SaaS expertise: Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, prospecting techniques, and the modern data stack. • Tools of the trade: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach), and now, AI tools! • Coaching excellence: A passion for mentoring and developing teams, with a focus on fostering resilience, adaptability, and creativity in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative spirit: Experience working closely with marketing and sales teams to create cohesive strategies that align with broader business goals.
