🎯 Requirements
• Leadership Experience – Proven track record of managing and scaling Professional Services or Consulting teams. • Data Industry Expertise – Experience in data governance, metadata management, or related fields within a consulting firm or SaaS company. • Professional Services & Revenue Ownership – Direct experience driving PS revenue, utilization, and forecasting. • Strategic Thinking & Execution – Ability to build from 0-1, define strategies, and operationalize them successfully. • Cross-Functional Leadership – Comfort working closely with Sales, CS, and Product teams. • Hiring & Team Building – Experience hiring, mentoring, and structuring high-performing teams.
