📋 Description

• Fully remote position with candidates required to reside in the Continental United States. • The Director, Philanthropy creates and oversees the implementation of a strategic fundraising approach. • The role will focus on relationship-building, pipeline development, and donor retention. • Supervise the Development Manager and partner with other managers to align strategies. • Collaborate with leadership to execute a cohesive fundraising strategy and provide insights to committees.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least 8-10 years of non-profit fundraising experience • Proven ability to cultivate and solicit major donors ($10K+) • Experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with corporate and foundation funders • Strong leadership experience with staff management and mentorship abilities • Excellent communication and writing skills • Proficiency in CRM systems and donor databases • Experience working collaboratively with finance, operations, and marketing teams • Ability to work effectively from a remote home office and travel occasionally for donor engagement • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and work management tools.
