β€’ Identify and reach out to prospects from a database of qualified leads, in order to generate qualified opportunities and book meetings for our clients β€’ Lead the research, mapping and prioritisation of target accounts β€’ Contact decision-makers on behalf of our clients (via phone) and talk to them about their current solutions and challenges. If there is an interest we book a meeting and after that hand it to our client to take over. β€’ Execute outbound email marketing campaigns with asynchronous videos, i.e. record and send videos of yourself doing a sales pitch for our clients (you will be trained) β€’ Help us build out and manage our CRM, manage our current leads, help us come up with new ways to generate leads, execute our sales funnel, make sales calls, document insights and close leads

🎯 Requirements

β€’ A persistent, self-starter who loves talking to people over the phone and who is not afraid to record themselves doing a sales pitch for outreach campaigns β€’ 1-2 years in a B2B Sales/Business Development role (previous experience in B2B telemarketing/ Outbound Sales is a plus) β€’ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold emails and cold calling) to multiple executive levels within an organization β€’ Ideally a native speaker but at least fluent in the German language β€’ Target-driven mentality and proven track record of exceeding agreed KPIs β€’ Strong client-facing and communication skills β€’ Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively β€’ Growth mindset with a willingness to take constructive criticism, learn and be coached
