Description

• Build The Security Function: Create the security function from the ground up. • Shape The Product: Work closely with founders, engineers, AI researchers to define and build an innovative new security product. • Conduct Research: Continuously analyze the output of our AI models, creating feedback loops that improve the product and customer experience. • Develop the Brand: Write blogs, talk at events, and join the occasional customer call.

Requirements

• Security Expertise: 7+ years of experience in security, ideally at scaled companies (500+ employees). • Product Sense: You have strong opinions about security products and may have contributed to product development in the past. • Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. • Agility and Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to pivot and adapt as needed.
