• Primary role of the Senior Technical Consultant is to work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements • Availability to travel • Good health, ability to see and speak • Responsible for providing creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements • Preparing and running functional design workshops including creation of design specifications • Full customer engagement around the technical solution • Working with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture to support, validate and help deliver presentations
🎯 Requirements
• Proven hands-on technical delivery of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions using HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX • Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes • Solid understanding and experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other technologies • Proven leadership experience in managing small teams and projects • Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing
