• Serve as a brand ambassador for front desk associates • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs • Provide training on brand values and service expectations • Train on operational procedures and guest communication • Identify opportunities for enhancing guest experience • Conduct regular audits of front office interactions • Monitor and evaluate guest feedback for training improvement • Collaborate with HR for new employee onboarding • Liaise with department heads for training strategy alignment • Address issues related to front office operations • Establish KPIs for training effectiveness on guest satisfaction • Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws • Collaborate on courses and resources for operational improvement

Requirements

• Required: 3+ years of Front Office experience • Required: High School diploma or equivalent experience • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, a related field or equivalent experience
