No previous enablement experience is needed; this is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start their enablement career β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a willingness to learn and adapt β’ An interest in learning how to develop and deliver training programs, including e-learning and virtual instructor-led training β’ A desire to contribute to the success of the business by supporting enablement initiatives β’ Basic organizational skills and an eagerness to work on multiple tasks and projects β’ A willingness to learn and become familiar with enablement tools and technologies like Salesforce, Docebo, Klue, Highspot, Looker, Outreach, etc
β’ Deliver regular onboarding training for new hires in our SDR organization, driving successful ramping of new hires in their first 30 days β’ Collaborate with enablement and SDR managers to understand training and enablement needs, assisting in the development of effective projects that align with business goals β’ Develop and maintain the library of prospecting content (email sequences, templates, and marketing materials) in partnership with Revenue Technology β’ Assist with various projects, including managing tasks, resources, timelines, and quality standards, contributing to the effectiveness of our revenue teams β’ Contribute to the reporting of key performance indicators to evaluate the success of enablement programs and initiatives β’ Maintain clear communication and reporting channels with revenue leadership and cross-functional teams
