β€’ Engage leads via phone, email, and follow-through as you qualify and book demos for Account Executives β€’ Make 50+ dials a day β€’ Objection handle apathetic gatekeepers and stay focused on discovery questions to truly understand the client's needs and potential fit across our various products β€’ Become a student of the industry; study the pain points that modern-day eye care professionals face when dealing with insurance billing β€’ Identify what you need to meet your goals, ask questions, and partner with your team β€’ Begin meeting or exceeding expectations within 60 days of onboarding β€’ Iterate, improve, and get promoted to Account Executive within 1 year if goals are met β€’ Interact with Account Executives, marketing, and leadership to learn the industry and our products β€’ Own your metrics from top to bottom, maintain CRM hygiene, sales notes, and call recordings β€’ Speak confidently about Anagram's solutions and offerings β€’ Build relationships with prospects, colleagues, and teammates β€’ Maintain a positive attitude and bring energy to the team

Requirements

β€’ Hustle, motivation, drive, and positive energy β€’ Confidence and hunger to pick up the phone and make 50+ dials a day to generate sales interest β€’ Impeccable communication skills, with determination and focus to drive lead generation β€’ Highly organized, hard-working individual, with a voracious appetite for learning and improvement β€’ Strong attention to detail as you help enrich and qualify prospects to accelerate our sales process β€’ Incredibly curious and excited at the idea of solving complicated problems that both patients and providers face in our current health insurance system β€’ The desire to work with and learn from Account Executives as we close new business β€’ Familiarity with and the capacity to learn a modern sales tech stack: CRMs (we use Hubspot, but experience with others is fine), Zoom, Slack, G-suite, etc. β€’ Willing to continually hustle despite the daily grind of outbound dialing
