• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wander, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients. • Your primary focus will be on outbound cold calling and pitching, and serving as the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for ensuring a smooth hand-off to our Account Executives (AEs), maintaining engagement throughout the process, and ensuring timely follow-ups. • This role offers a competitive commission potential for securing high-quality, “10/10” homes, making it a vital part of our sales strategy.
• Must be live in PST, CST, MST, or EST • Must have a professional work set-up with high speed internet and an iPhone • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the travel or real estate industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently • Proficient in using CRM software, Google Docs, and Zoom • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
