β’ As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wander, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients. β’ Your primary focus will be on outbound cold calling and pitching, and serving as the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for ensuring a smooth hand-off to our Account Executives (AEs), maintaining engagement throughout the process, and ensuring timely follow-ups. β’ This role offers a competitive commission potential for securing high-quality, β10/10β homes, making it a vital part of our sales strategy.
β’ Must be live in PST, CST, MST, or EST β’ Must have a professional work set-up with high speed internet and an iPhone β’ Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the travel or real estate industry β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules β’ Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently β’ Proficient in using CRM software, Google Docs, and Zoom β’ Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
