β€’ As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wander, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients. β€’ Your primary focus will be on outbound cold calling and pitching, and serving as the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for ensuring a smooth hand-off to our Account Executives (AEs), maintaining engagement throughout the process, and ensuring timely follow-ups. β€’ This role offers a competitive commission potential for securing high-quality, β€œ10/10” homes, making it a vital part of our sales strategy.

Requirements

β€’ Must be live in PST, CST, MST, or EST β€’ Must have a professional work set-up with high speed internet and an iPhone β€’ Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the travel or real estate industry β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules β€’ Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently β€’ Proficient in using CRM software, Google Docs, and Zoom β€’ Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
