📋 Description

• Execute sales outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to set up meetings for the Customer Account Executive team. • Research and deeply understand the challenges and issues government’s face in their complex, mission critical operations such as procurement, contracting, grants, and budgeting, and effectively communicate a solution stack that can support and improve their workflows. • Ensure timely, multi-channel follow-ups with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records. • Develop and implement strategic campaigns to engage new potential clients. • Craft engaging email content to prompt responses from prospects. • Analyze customer interactions to identify brand positioning improvements. • Offer constructive feedback and suggest enhancements to the Authorium platform. • Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance the sales methodology. • Represent the Authorium brand professionally in all interactions.
