β€’ Lead Mid-Market SDR teams in a B2B SaaS company β€’ Hire and train new reps β€’ Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching with team members β€’ Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership for effective messaging β€’ Provide product feedback to enhance customer experience β€’ Iterate outbound sequences and templates within Outreach β€’ Resolve process and data issues β€’ Assist with list building and account gathering β€’ Utilize analytics to drive team performance

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of sales development management experience leading an outbound team, ideally in B2B SaaS β€’ Experience selling to GTM leaders β€’ Experience and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing early stage, start up environment and enjoys getting their hands dirty – This means leading by example and not being afraid of picking up the phone to show new SDRs how to get the job done β€’ Proven experience growing high performing SDR teams β€’ Passion to hire well, coach, and hold team members to high standards β€’ Strong analytic skills and the ability to leverage data to determine how we should prioritize improvements β€’ Deep familiarity with systems like Outreach, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Sales Nav
