Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in the design industry • Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact creative work across digital, print, experiential, and web • Hands-on involvement in brand projects, such as rebrands, global campaigns, or product launches • Experience guiding and reviewing the work of other designers • Experience collaborating with freelancers, agencies, and production partners • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Webflow and motion design experience a plus
