• Design and implement the “Golden Path” to production • Own and maintain the backend infrastructure that support application deployments • Be the go-to expert on the Attentive deployment system • Partner with product engineering teams to ensure best practices are utilized • Exercise and grow expertise in CI/CD pipelines, release automation, GitOps and more • Automate repetitive jobs • Provide excellent ideas and feedback, participating in code reviews and discussions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Release, SRE or similar role • Proficient in at least 1 coding language (Python, Golang, Java, Typescript, etc) • Experience with CI/CD tooling such as ArgoCD, CircleCI, Github, Jenkins, etc. • Experience with container orchestration and Infrastructure as Code such as Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute • Track record of delivering medium to large impactful projects • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working in a fast paced, reliability focused production environment
