📋 Description

• About us: Flashbots started in 2020 to mitigate risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). • Our mission is to ensure that value created on decentralized blockchains is transparent and distributed. • We seek explorers, hackers, builders, and thinkers. • About the role: Flashbots is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support products like SUAVE, Flashblocks, and Rollup-Boost. • You will administrate Kubernetes clusters, partner with Engineers, and create automation. • Collaborate to develop cutting-edge TEE systems and foundational infrastructure in blockchains.

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine desire to understand the blockchain and MEV problem space. • Production experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response. • Deep understanding of engineering principles and best practices. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, async, and remote environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Disposed to action, finding out, and showing; curiosity to get to the root of the problems. • Kind, independently motivated, accountable, and reliable. • By default leave things better than you found them. • Contributions to open source projects • Development of distributed systems • Experience with: • Golang and Rust • Public clouds and bare-metal hosting providers
