Description

• Looking for a Lead DevOps engineer at Prominent Edge. • Small, stable, growing company committed to high-quality work. • Team collaboration valued; remote work experienced since inception.

Requirements

• Experience as a Lead Engineer. • Minimum of 8 years of total experience with 1 year in web/software development. • Experience automating environment provisioning via infrastructure as code solutions. • AWS experience: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway. • Kubernetes administration on AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Strong *nix administration skills. • Linux development using Bash, Powershell, Python, JS, Go, or Groovy. • Experience automating build, test, and deployment phases. • Familiarity with deployment technologies: Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. • Administering automated build environments: Jenkins and Hudson. • Configuring logging and monitoring services: fluentd, logstash, etc. • Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab. • Container deployment knowledge with DockerHub or registries.
