We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Remote Intake Specialist to join our close-knit team. Your legal and sales experience will showcase your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a team will make you an invaluable member of our firm. • Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online, maintaining detailed records of all potential client interactions and inquiries. • Engage with medical professionals to assess their suitability for our services. • Conduct preliminary assessments of potential cases and educate potential clients on our firm’s expertise, the services offered, and our value proposition. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and support team members to ensure a smooth transition from intake to client engagement. • Monitor and engage with existing/former clients to address their need for additional services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in legal along with experience in client relationship management, sales, case assessment, or client intake roles. Experience within the personal injury legal environment would be a huge plus. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively. • Empathetic listener with a genuine interest in understanding clients' needs and providing solutions. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. • Proficiency in using any type of CRM software and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Experience with the Lawcus CRM software is a plus. • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially experience working with a physician would be great.
