β€’ This Sales Manager role extends beyond client outreach and demos, offering the chance to collaborate closely with marketing and agency founders to shape the sales strategy. β€’ It's an opportunity to influence the business at a strategic level while driving growth. β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies β€’ Set sales goals and objectives β€’ Maintain a strong sales pipeline β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with studio partners β€’ Track, monitor, and report on results through a CRM tool β€’ Focus on metrics, manage dashboards, produce clear reports for cross-team updates β€’ Improve the studio pitch over time.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in a studio/agency sales department, demonstrable success with winning major accounts β€’ Experience acquiring Fortune-100 or Fortune-1000 businesses is preferred β€’ Understanding integrated, cross-functional pitches across advertising, promotion, brand identity, digital marketing, strategy, and planning β€’ Superior written skills for RFP requests β€’ Exceptional negotiation skills β€’ Desire for self-improvement, learning, searching for best practices and industry insights β€’ Familiarity with analytics, basic math principles β€’ Confidence, can-do attitude β€’ Open to business trips (Bay Area, New York, Seattle)
