Description

β€’ Lead, coach, develop and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and goals. Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement. β€’ Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development. Align sales activities with overall sales goals and objectives. β€’ Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of targets. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement. β€’ Identify and implement best practices, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the Core team. Continuously evaluate and refine lead qualification processes to improve conversion rates. β€’ Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Enablement and Product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and target audience. Provide feedback and insights to enhance lead quality and sales processes. β€’ Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategy. β€’ Actively use Salesforce, Tableau, Gong and Outreach to manage sales processes and set standards for performance metrics β€’ Ensure team productivity and efficiency by monitoring dashboards, reports, & productivity tools usage like Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator β€’ Coordinate with senior sales management to maximize team collaboration and attain aggressive pipeline goals.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years sales management experience in cloud or enterprise technology sales β€’ 2+ year in inbound/outbound sales with proven track record of success β€’ Experience leveraging prospecting tools and platforms (lead generation, email, phone, video, data enrichment & cleansing, etc.) β€’ Ability to hire, onboard, and continuously train team members β€’ Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions at a fast-paced, growing company β€’ Ability to successfully manage people to achieve performance goals β€’ Ability to build collaborative relationships to meet shared goals β€’ Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills β€’ A commanding desire to succeed in sales leadership β€’ Passion to work in a fast-paced environment β€’ Team player attitude who also enjoys and thrives in healthy competition β€’ Self-motivation to learn fast and pivot as the business develops β€’ The ability to connect with potential customers and be confident in closing deals
