📋 Description

• The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions across the organization • Administer full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews • Collaborate with team members on initiatives to improve recruitment strategies and processes • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS - Greenhouse) and recruitment databases • Build relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent network • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition • Promote diversity in recruitment efforts by ensuring inclusive hiring practices are implemented • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of recruiting best practices and industry trends • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems - preferably Greenhouse • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization • Strong interview and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in driving diversity and inclusion efforts within recruitment, preferred
