β€’ The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions across the organization β€’ Administer full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews β€’ Collaborate with team members on initiatives to improve recruitment strategies and processes β€’ Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals β€’ Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications β€’ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers β€’ Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs β€’ Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS - Greenhouse) and recruitment databases β€’ Build relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent network β€’ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition β€’ Promote diversity in recruitment efforts by ensuring inclusive hiring practices are implemented β€’ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment processes
