• Help source and identify talented designers for roles in top startups. • Learn how to use sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Dribbble, Behance, Twitter, etc.) to build talent pipelines. • Support the team in researching design communities and profiles. • Write outreach messages and engage with candidates. • Keep candidate data organized in our ATS and sourcing tools. • Learn about hiring needs and design role profiles alongside our recruiting team.

• You’re interested in design and recruitment. • You are deeply interested in new technologies and AI. • You’re curious about how startups hire and build design teams. • You’re organized and detail-oriented. • You enjoy research and figuring things out on your own. • You have a proactive mindset — you’re not afraid to ask questions or try new tools. • You can work with US time zones (up to 8–9 pm Kyiv time). • Your English is Intermediate or better.
