Description

• Join a fast-moving team focused on delivering AI-first automation solutions that transform audit, risk, and compliance workflows. • Shape and refine the roadmap for AI-first automation solutions, ensuring alignment with the goal of transforming audit, risk, and compliance. • Enable a rapid-iteration AI team by setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks, and driving rapid prototyping cycles. • Work directly with a highly engaged customer base to gather insights and validate features. • Translate complex workflows and customer pain points into actionable product requirements. • Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate success and iterate rapidly based on feedback and data. • Act as a champion for AI-first innovation within the team. • Communicate progress and priorities clearly across stakeholders to maintain alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, ideally focused on AI-driven or automation-first solutions in enterprise SaaS. • A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is a strong plus. • Demonstrated ability to enable rapid-iteration teams, driving collaboration across machine learning engineers, software engineers, data annotation specialists, prompt engineers, and subject matter experts. • Skilled in rapid prototyping and iterative development, with a focus on delivering high-value, customer-centric features quickly. • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in defining, measuring, and iterating on key performance metrics. • Ability to translate complex workflows and customer pain points into actionable product requirements aligned with business goals. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to align stakeholders and maintain momentum. • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, with practical experience applying them to workflow automation and optimization.
