β’ The Executive Administrator and People Ops Manager role offers unique exposure to many facets of growth-stage startup operations. β’ You will be the right-hand to our founders and executive team. β’ You will be a trusted partner in all forms of administrative support, unlocking time for our Co-Founders. β’ You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and helping tackle requests and tasks. β’ You will play a key role in providing candidates and new hires with seamless interviewing and onboarding experiences. β’ You will spearhead company culture initiatives such as planning monthly virtual team engagements as well as twice-annual offsites. β’ This role requires working primarily west coast hours, with some flexibility permitted. β’ Responsibilities include executive support, people & HR support, and GTM support.
β’ 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in startup operations, HR, or admin. β’ Experience planning and executing events β’ Experience with executive-level calendar management and communication β’ Experience interacting with and managing vendors β’ Experience working in fast-paced companies β’ Fanatical attention to detail β’ Ability to complete tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround β’ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills β’ Ability to βmanage upβ β’ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time β’ High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism β’ Exceptional problem solver β’ Familiarity with Google Suite β’ Bonus: familiarity with HR software like Justworks and/or applicant tracking systems β’ Bonus: interest in senior living and/or age tech!
