Description

• Be the primary support for the CEO by managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day communications. • Help maintain an organized inbox and prioritize critical emails. • Lead project coordination, ensuring all deadlines are met and tasks stay on track. • Create reports, presentations, and other materials for executive discussions. • Arrange travel, plan events, and assist with special projects as needed. • Be proactive in identifying challenges and offering solutions before they arise.

Requirements

• A highly organized professional with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. • Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. • Self-driven with the ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. • A proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities and anticipate the CEO’s needs.
