Description

• As a Business Development Representative, you will expand our client’s market presence and drive revenue growth. • You will identify, source, and close new clients while maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships. • Your extensive industry experience and exceptional sales skills will execute strategic sales plans, engage in contract negotiations, and develop compelling proposals. • Your efforts will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, providing market insights, and contributing to our client's success and reputation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the mortgage services industry • A proven sales hunter and closer with a demonstrated ability to own the sales cycle from lead generation to close • Strong discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proven history of exceeding sales targets • Highly collaborative and coachable with a team-first mindset • Willingness to travel for conferences, regional events, and client meetings • Experience selling at the 'C' level is a plus • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and the MS O365 is a plus • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
