Description

β€’ Serve as the CEO's main point of support, managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, and overseeing daily communications. β€’ Organize and maintain an efficient inbox, prioritizing important emails and ensuring timely follow-ups. β€’ Lead project coordination efforts to keep tasks on track and meet critical deadlines. β€’ Prepare reports, presentations, and key materials to support executive discussions and decision-making. β€’ Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and provide support on special projects as needed. β€’ Anticipate potential challenges and proactively offer solutions to streamline executive operations.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems; comfortable navigating tech tools to optimize efficiency. β€’ Self-motivated and skilled in remote work, with excellent time management abilities. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Proactive problem solver, adept at handling multiple priorities and anticipating the needs of the CEO.
