Description

β€’ Provide payroll support for clients as a Payroll Specialist β€’ Process payroll for multi-state, multi-entity, hourly and salary employees β€’ Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time β€’ Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and compliance β€’ Maintain records of employee earnings and deductions β€’ Coordinate deductions for employee benefits β€’ Assist with internal or external audits β€’ Help with system transitions to new payroll software β€’ Create and maintain documentation of payroll processes

Requirements

β€’ At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing (agency experience a plus) β€’ Working knowledge of a variety of Payroll systems and modules β€’ CPP, CPM, or other related professional certifications is a plus β€’ Experience with multi-location payroll and taxes β€’ Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and procedures β€’ Strong typing and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills, can reassure clients and convey credibility β€’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail β€’ Self-motivated; ability to work in a dynamic environment β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
